Wang Jiayang (1918.3-2020.1) - The Founder of Shuren University and the lifelong Honorary President. He was the Chairman of The First and The Second Session of the university, and the Chairman and President of The Third Session of the university. He used to work as a Member of The Standing Committee of Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee, Director of Publicity Department of Zhejiang Province, Vice-Governor and Chairman of Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

He works as a Member of The Standing Committee of The 12th Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and an expert with special government allowance of The State Council. He currently works as President of Zhejiang Shuren University, and serves as Counselor (Special Researcher) of the People’s Government of Zhejiang Province.
Li Lu was selected into The Zhejiang 151 Talent Project (talent of the first layer with key funded objects), subject leader of the provincial key subjects (social medicine, community health and general practice). He previously worked as a Member of The Teaching Steering Committee of Public Administration Discipline of Ministry of Education, a Member of the Teaching Steering Committee of General Practice Discipline of Ministry of Education, a Member of National Medical Qualification Examination Committee of Ministry of Health. He was previously the Chairman of Social Medicine Branch of Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, Vice-Chairman of Chinese Society of General Practice, and an Editor-in-Chief of The Social Medical Volume of Encyclopaedia of Chinese Medicine.
